Executive Assistant to the Director
At just 18 years old, I had the opportunity to work closely with a top executive at Keller Williams Realty for nearly two years. During this time, I supported a team of 12 agents and gained hands-on experience in administration, marketing, and sales. I managed CRM systems such as Zoho and KW Command, handled project coordination, created presentations, and oversaw data entry and performance tracking. I was also given the opportunity to attend executive meetings and manage high-profile projects, which helped sharpen my leadership and problem-solving skills. This role allowed me to develop strong organizational and communication abilities, while deepening my knowledge in real estate operations and client management.
